Welded Assemblies
Welded assemblies consist of two or more components. We offer MIG, TIG, resistance and robotic welding of steel, stainless and aluminum.
Weld Fixtures
A welding fixture is a device or tool that is used to hold, position, and locate workpieces during the welding process. Welding fixtures are designed to ensure that the workpieces are held securely in the correct position and orientation, so that the welds are made accurately and consistently.
Welding fixtures can be simple or complex, depending on the complexity of the welding project. They can be made of a variety of materials, including steel or aluminum. They may be designed to hold a single workpiece, or multiple workpieces at the same time.
Welding fixtures are commonly used in the manufacturing industry for the production of large quantities of welded parts. They are also used in repair and maintenance applications, where the accurate placement of the workpiece is crucial for a successful repair.
Welding fixtures are designed in a way to locate and support the components to avoid weld stresses and distortions. Each welding operation requires a distinct weld fixture.
Mechanical Assemblies
Mechanical assemblies may be simple or complex, and include a bill of materials that is assembled complete, often utilizing fasteners,. Assemblies may incorporate bearings, rubber or plastic products, labels, motors or mechanical drives, and other purchased or manufactured components.
Kit Assemblies
Bagged or boxed kits contain all loose parts necessary to build a complete component or assembly. Parts made in-house, or parts supplied by our customers and their vendor partners are packaged into complete kits. Choose from heat sealed bags, zip-top bags, corrugated boxes, custom wood crates, returnable crates, or any other customized packaging, and incorporate your logo, brand, bar code, QR code, instructions or other graphics.
